Formerly, Tom was a Partner with TASA Worldwide-Johnson Smith & Knisely, a leading, international executive search firm. Tom entered the executive search industry with 25 years in line and senior management experience in consumer products, fashion and retail.

Tom's broad functional knowledge of business and clear understanding of the process involved in building a successful venture, coupled with his extensive overseas assignments and bottom line orientation, make him the ideal consultant to all areas of industry.
